This Terms and Conditions covers the food delivery service on DubyStore platform(App & Website)

1. Order Processing and Confirmation:

Order Placement:

Orders can be placed conveniently through our website and App, simple go to Food category and scroll for the food of your choice.

Order Confirmation:

All orders are placed once payment has been made ,we move to processes your order after confirming your order, information about your order will be delivered through the App or website by tracking the order through the order ID which will be assigned to the specific order.

Order Modifications:

We don't accept cancellation after placing order, because as soon as order is received we or our store partners processes the order immediately.

Payment Methods:

Payment should be made through the App or website at the checkout stage.

NOTE: Payment outside the App/website is at your own risk 

2. Delivery:

Delivery Area:

All Delivery areas are stated on the item/food Discription and varieties do well to check the short and long discription to know the delivery areas before placing order 

Delivery Timeframe:

Delivery Time are Stated on the discription of the particular item/food , Note: That this duration do varies due to unforseen circumstances 

Delivery Methods:

We assign delivery Man to you or you can send your rider to our pickup pickup location.

Delivery Fees:

The Delivery fee is flat rate and the delivery fee is stated on the item/food Discription section 

3. Handling Complaints and Issues:

Return and Refund Policy: Addresses situations where orders are damaged, incorrect, or not received.

Complaints and Feedback: Provides channels for customers to report issues and receive assistance.

8. Liability: Cyndy's food is not liable for damages or losses resulting from delivery if the rider isn't assigned by us.

Refund Policy

- Refunds will be given for orders not delivered due to DubyStore error.

- Refunds will not be given for orders cancelled by the customer.
